Golden Ticket Giveaway Rules

1. Organizer

This Giveaway is organized by SAIKI LLC, 8245, 1021 E Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States (EIN: 37-2182998).
By participating, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. How It Works

Every order placed on www.with-my-love.com between:

  • November 14 – December 1, 2025 (Black Friday / Cyber Monday Period)
  • December 2 – December 17, 2025 (Holiday Period)
    automatically gives you a chance to receive a Golden Ticket inside your package.

Each Golden Ticket represents a $500 cash prize.

3. Number of Winners

A total of 20 Golden Tickets will be randomly inserted into customer orders:

  • 10 Golden Tickets during the Black Friday / Cyber Monday period
  • 10 Golden Tickets during the Christmas period

4. How to Claim Your Prize

If you receive a Golden Ticket:

  1. Scan the QR code printed on it.
  2. Follow the instructions displayed.
  3. Submit a photo of yourself holding the Golden Ticket and your With My Love book.

Once verified, your $500 prize will be sent via bank transfer on January, 10th.

5. Prize Conditions

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
  • The prize will only be awarded after verification of eligibility and photo confirmation.
  • Each participant agrees that their photo and first name may be used by SAIKI LLC for promotional purposes, including website, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • No further compensation will be provided for the use of these materials.

6. Important Notes

  • Lost or damaged Golden Tickets cannot be replaced.
  • Orders marked as delivered but not received will not qualify for participation after the shipment is confirmed.
  • Only physical Golden Tickets included in shipped packages are eligible for redemption.

7. Liability

SAIKI LLC shall not be held responsible for:

  • Technical malfunctions, postal issues, or lost shipments
  • Failure to claim the prize due to incomplete or incorrect information
  • Delays caused by third-party banking or carriers

All decisions made by SAIKI LLC regarding the Giveaway are final and binding.

8. Privacy & Data Use

Personal data collected for prize delivery (such as bank details and identity verification) will be used solely for that purpose and processed securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA).
Any disputes arising from this Giveaway shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA.
