📦 Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

🌍 Delivery Areas
We ship worldwide — wherever your loved ones are, we’ll get your gift to them.
Customs or import fees may apply in some countries; these are the responsibility of the recipient.

🏠 Delivery Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid any delays or delivery issues.
If you notice an error after ordering, email us right away at hello@with-my-love.com — we’ll do our best to help before your parcel leaves our facility.


📦 What if my parcel is marked as "delivered" but I haven't received it?
If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the local carrier directly to clarify the delivery location.
We will also conduct our own internal investigation.
If no resolution is found, and the parcel remains missing, we will ask you to provide:

  • A signed sworn statement of non-receipt

  • A copy of your ID (to confirm identity and prevent fraud)
    Once these documents are received, we will proceed with a reshipment of your order.
    Please note that refunds are not possible in this case, only a replacement will be issued.
