At With My Love, we know how important it is for your gift to arrive safely and on time. Below are all the details regarding our delivery methods, processing times, and shipping rules — for both physical and digital products.

🚚 Delivery Method (Physical Products)

We offer one reliable and fully tracked delivery option for all physical orders:

Premium Tracked Shipping – FREE for orders over $50

  • Delivery within 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location
  • Includes a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way
  • Available worldwide

For orders under $50, a small flat-rate fee may apply, displayed at checkout.

📦 Order Processing (Physical Products)

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

🎵 Custom Song — Digital Delivery

Custom Songs are personalized digital products and are delivered electronically by email. No physical shipment is involved.

Delivery timeline: Custom Songs are typically delivered within 12 hours after purchase, depending on the complexity of the request and current production volume. The estimated delivery timeline is also displayed on the product page at checkout.

Delivery method: Once your Custom Song is ready, you will receive an email at the address provided at checkout containing:

  • A link to listen to your song
  • The downloadable audio file (typically in MP3 format)
  • Instructions for requesting modifications, if needed

Customer responsibility:

  • Please ensure that the email address entered at checkout is valid, active, and correctly spelled. SAIKI LLC cannot be held responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or inactive email address.
  • Check your spam, promotions, and junk folders if you do not see the delivery email in your main inbox.
  • Add hello@with-my-love.com to your contacts to ensure proper delivery of future communications.

If you have not received your Custom Song within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@with-my-love.com and we will resend the delivery email as soon as possible.

Important: Custom Song orders are subject to specific terms regarding modifications, validation, and non-refundability. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy and General Terms and Conditions of Sale (Section 11) for full details.

🌍 Delivery Areas

We proudly ship physical products worldwide — no matter where your loved ones are, we'll make sure your gift reaches them. Please note:

  • Customs or import fees may apply in some countries. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your country's postal network and customs procedures.

Custom Songs and other digital products are delivered electronically and are therefore not subject to geographical shipping restrictions, customs, or import fees.

🏠 Delivery Information

Please double-check your shipping address (for physical products) and your email address (for digital products) at checkout to avoid any delays or misdeliveries. If you notice an error within 2 hours after placing your order, email us immediately at hello@with-my-love.com. After this window, we cannot guarantee that address or email changes can be applied before shipment or delivery.

SAIKI LLC cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Incorrect, inactive, or mistyped email addresses (for digital products)
  • Recipient's absence during delivery
  • Postal service disruptions or customs delays
  • Customer email filters blocking our messages as spam or promotional

📦 If My Parcel Is Marked as "Delivered" but I Haven't Received It

If your tracking information indicates that your physical order has been delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Please contact your local carrier (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, La Poste) to confirm the exact delivery location.
  2. If the parcel is still missing, contact us at hello@with-my-love.com. We will launch an internal investigation with the carrier.

If no resolution is found and the package remains missing, we may request:

  • A signed sworn statement of non-receipt
  • A copy of your ID (to confirm your identity and prevent fraud)

Once verified, we will issue a replacement shipment of your order. Please note: Refunds are not available for orders marked as delivered; only replacements will be offered in such cases.

📧 If I Haven't Received My Custom Song Delivery Email

If your Custom Song has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your spam, promotions, and junk folders.
  2. Verify that the email address provided at checkout is correct and active.
  3. Contact us at hello@with-my-love.com — we will resend the delivery email or, if needed, send the audio file via an alternative method.

As Custom Songs are digital products delivered electronically, replacement shipments are not applicable — only re-delivery of the same audio file is provided.

📫 Tracking Your Order

You can track your physical parcel using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, please reach out to us.

Custom Songs do not have a tracking number, as they are delivered electronically. The delivery email itself constitutes confirmation of delivery.
