For orders under $50, a small flat-rate fee may apply, displayed at checkout.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

📦 If My Parcel Is Marked as "Delivered" but I Haven’t Received It
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it:

If the parcel is still missing, contact us at hello@with-my-love.com. We will launch an internal investigation with the carrier.
If no resolution is found and the package remains missing, we may request:

Once verified, we will issue a replacement shipment of your order.
Please note: Refunds are not available for orders marked as delivered; only replacements will be offered in such cases.
