Refund & Return Policy

At with-my-love.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we strive to deliver exceptional quality and service, we understand that issues can arise. Below are the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.


1. General Conditions

If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below. All return and refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@with-my-love.com. You must receive a Return Authorization before sending any items back.
Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in original condition (unused, unmodified, undamaged)

  • Include original packaging (if applicable)

  • Shipped back within 7 days after return authorization is issued

Any unauthorized return may not be processed or refunded.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Processing may take up to 7 business days after receiving the return


4. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Limited-lifetime or limited-edition products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer – such orders can be re-shipped only, not refunded

  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier with photo proof of delivery – no refund will be issued unless clear evidence is provided (e.g. delivery to the wrong address) and reviewed case-by-case


5. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we are committed to helping you resolve such situations with the carrier if needed. Please reach out to us immediately if you suspect a delivery issue.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
