At with-my-love.com, your satisfaction is our priority. While we aim to provide exceptional quality and service, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted by SAIKI LLC.
1. General Conditions
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your package, provided the conditions below are met.
To ensure a smooth process, all requests must be made directly to our support team at hello@with-my-love.com before sending any items back.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before shipping the item.

Ship your item within 7 days after receiving your authorization.
Returned items must:

Be in original condition (unused, unmodified, and undamaged)

Include all original packaging and inserts

Be sent to the return address provided by our team
Unauthorized returns (without prior approval) or items returned outside the time limits may not be accepted or refunded.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please note:

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

Refund processing can take up to 7 business days after receipt of the returned item

If your order qualified for a promotional offer (e.g., free shipping, bundle discounts), and your return makes you ineligible, related discounts may be deducted from your refund
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Customized or personalized items (including engraved or gift-boxed editions)

Limited or special-edition products

Items damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper handling

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier (with delivery confirmation or photo proof), unless verified evidence of misdelivery is provided and approved by our team
β οΈ Important: Books received with damage are automatically replaced once photo proof is provided, refunds are not issued for damaged books.
All refund decisions are subject to case-by-case review by SAIKI LLC.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
SAIKI LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery by the carrier.
If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or shows irregular tracking updates, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to help locate or resolve the issue as best as possible.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return for your existing order and place a new order for the desired item.
