Terms and conditions of sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the relationship between ALTARYS LTD, a company registered under UK law, with a registered address at Suite 3h, The Old Courthouse, Chapel Street, Dukinfield, United Kingdom, SK16 4DT, and any individual consumer (hereinafter the “Customer” or “Buyer”) purchasing products through the website with-my-love.com (hereinafter the “Site”).

By confirming their order, the Customer accepts these Terms in full. These Terms take precedence over any other documents or terms issued by the Buyer.

1. DEFINITIONS

Buyer: Any natural person purchasing for purposes unrelated to professional or commercial activity.
Order: Purchase of one or more products via the Site.
Personal Data: Any information that can identify a natural person directly or indirectly.
Products: Items offered for sale by ALTARYS LTD via the Site.
Price: Total amount due including taxes, and potentially additional costs (e.g., shipping).
User: Any visitor to the Site.

2. PURPOSE

These Terms define the rights and obligations of both parties in relation to the sale of Products on the Site. They apply globally, unless otherwise specified, and may be updated at any time by ALTARYS LTD. In case of updates, the applicable version is the one in effect at the time of the order.

3. ORDERS

3.1 Order Process

Customers select their Products, add them to their cart, enter shipping details, accept these Terms, select a payment method, and validate the order. Validation of the order constitutes a binding agreement.

3.2 Order Modification

Once confirmed, orders can be modified only if not yet shipped. Requests must be sent to customer support at: hello@with-my-love.com

3.3 Order Refusal

ALTARYS LTD reserves the right to refuse an order in case of:

  • Payment issues

  • Ongoing dispute with the Buyer

  • Suspicion of fraud or abusive behavior

  • Abnormal order quantities

4. PRODUCTS

4.1 Product Information

Descriptions, photos, and content on the Site are as accurate as possible but non-contractual. Slight variations may occur.

4.2 Availability

Products are offered subject to availability. In case of unavailability, the Buyer will be informed and refunded or offered alternatives.

5. PRICES & INVOICING

Prices are displayed in USD (or other local currencies where applicable), including applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping, customs, and additional services may incur extra charges.

The Buyer is responsible for any customs or import duties applicable in their country.

Invoices are sent by email and may be accessed via the customer account.

6. PROMO CODES

Promo codes are non-refundable, non-replaceable, non-redeemable for cash, and valid only for one-time use unless stated otherwise. Once expired, they cannot be reinstated.

7. PAYMENT

Payments are due at the time of ordering and are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or other supported methods. The card is charged upon order confirmation.

8. DELIVERY

8.1 Delivery Areas

ALTARYS LTD ships internationally, including to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and parts of Europe. Delivery options and timelines vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.

8.2 Delivery Responsibility

The Buyer must ensure the accuracy of the shipping address. Any cost due to return, reshipment, or failed delivery (e.g., unclaimed package) will be borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer becomes responsible for the goods once handed over to the carrier.

9. OWNERSHIP

Products remain the property of ALTARYS LTD until full payment is received.

10. RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has 30 days from receipt to request a return or refund (excluding personalized products). To initiate a return, the Buyer must:

  • Contact support at hello@with-my-love.com

  • Return the item(s) in unused, resalable condition and in original packaging

  • Cover return shipping costs

Returns should be sent to the address provided by the customer service team.

In case of partial returns affecting eligibility for a promotion (e.g., free shipping), ALTARYS LTD may deduct the full original shipping cost from the refund.

11. LIABILITY

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring the Product suits their intended use. ALTARYS LTD shall not be held liable for misuse, improper handling, or non-compliance with usage instructions.

12. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

ALTARYS LTD shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These may include but are not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorist attacks, strikes, government actions, pandemics, shipping disruptions, or failure of suppliers or third parties.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site (texts, visuals, trademarks) is the property of ALTARYS LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

14. PERSONAL DATA

ALTARYS LTD processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available here.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located in the United Kingdom.
